Being a first-time buyer, I was rather nervous about buying a car away from my home address. I live in Middlesbrough and saw a Nissan Juke that I loved the look of - the car was delivered to me and I was asked to test it to make sure I was happy and the changeover was seamless. Sadly, I had some issues with the battery which may have been my fault for not instantly driving it - It had been sat a while - I messaged baz / Kurdi who helped put me at ease as was panicking that my first buy was going to go downhill. They helped me get the cost of the battery covered for a new one and were constantly messaging back n forth and keeping me updated and making sure I was ok . I honestly think the customer service has been superb! I would recommend 10000% and in the future id definitely come back should I ever want to change car … but at the moment im so so happy. Thank you so much for everything I appreciate it - I don’t think people get enough praise for the good thing, so I wanted to really make sure I let you guys know you have an extremely happy customer and it’s all down to your customer service. I wish you every success as a business, you deserve it.

Pleasant change
Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Nice to go somewhere where they aren't pouncing on you as soon as you walk in.

Brilliant
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They are very reliable and honest, which is very important when buying a car! All car services were done, everything was as they told me on the phone, they made the purchase and paperwork very fast for me.

Infiniti q30
Bought an Infiniti Q30 from these guys, back in June, they were very nice and chatty when I went to pick the car up and gave me a great price for part ex. The dis develop some faults in the first 2 weeks if owning but the way these guys dealt with this is a lesson to all other dealers, they didn't once argue about the issues they just took the car back, gave me a loan car and just fixed them, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Buying a used car will always come with small issues its inevitable but its how the dealer helps you when they do arise that sets these guys apart. If you're in Leeds or even of you're not buy from these guys and you won't regret it.
